A delicious and creamy baked feta dip that combines the sweetness of dates, the crunch of hazelnuts, and a drizzle of honey, perfect for any appetizer spread.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Top the feta with chopped dates, hazelnuts, honey, thyme, and black pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the feta is soft and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or bread for dipping.
