Description
A delicious and creamy cheesecake swirled with tart cranberry sauce, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese layer and swirl with a knife.
- Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and repeat the cranberry swirl.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter cheesecake, add more sugar to the cranberry sauce.
- Serve with additional cranberry sauce on top for extra flavor.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
