Description

A delicious and creamy cheesecake swirled with tart cranberry sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese layer and swirl with a knife.
  7. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and repeat the cranberry swirl.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter cheesecake, add more sugar to the cranberry sauce.
  • Serve with additional cranberry sauce on top for extra flavor.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
