Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
- Add the chopped cranberries, pecans, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and roll it in additional chopped pecans for a festive touch.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
