Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and orange zest until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled bars and cut into squares.

- For a festive touch, sprinkle additional cranberries on top of the frosting.
