  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 medium apples, diced

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then place them in a large pot of boiling water.
