A creamy and flavorful dip made with crab meat and artichokes, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the chopped artichoke hearts, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
