A quick and flavorful one-pan meal featuring sautéed ground pork and shredded vegetables tossed in soy sauce and sesame oil, served with green onions.
Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground pork. Cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pork; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are soft and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat the mixture evenly.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes and adjust seasoning if needed. Cook for another minute.
Serve in a shallow bowl and garnish with sliced green onions on top.
