Description

Soft pretzel buns filled with sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato, finished with honey mustard sauce for a delicious and easy sandwich.


Ingredients

4 soft pretzel buns
8 slices turkey breast
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 leaf lettuce leaves
8 tomato slices
Honey mustard sauce


Instructions

Bake the soft pretzel buns according to package instructions until warm and golden, about 12-15 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Slice the pretzel buns in half horizontally.
Spread honey mustard sauce on the bottom halves of each bun.
Layer 2 slices of turkey breast on each bun bottom.
Top turkey with a slice of Swiss cheese.
Add a leaf of lettuce and 2 tomato slices on top.
Place the top halves of the pretzel buns over the fillings.
Cut each sandwich diagonally in half.
Arrange the sandwich halves slightly offset on a wooden board.
Serve with a small ramekin of honey mustard sauce on the side.
