Description

Tender and flavorful individual turkey meatloaves perfect for a comforting dinner.


Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup ketchup (for topping)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, milk, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
Divide mixture into six equal portions and shape each into a small loaf.
Place on a lined baking sheet and spread ketchup on top of each mini meatloaf.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
