Delicious, easy-to-make mini turkey meatloaves perfect for comforting dinners or meal prep.
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 egg
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each into a mini loaf.
Place mini loaves on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
