Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add the cubed Velveeta cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
