Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs, and whisk until smooth.
- Add shredded cheese, chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the mixture.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
