Ingredients
- 2 cups corned beef, diced
- 4 cups hash browns, frozen
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corned beef, hash browns, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the corned beef and hash brown mixture, stirring to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
