Ingredients

  • 2 cups corned beef, diced
  • 4 cups hash browns, frozen
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corned beef, hash browns, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the corned beef and hash brown mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
