Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, protein powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a sticky mixture.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
