Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
- Add almond butter, honey, and ground cinnamon to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until well combined. If desired, fold in chopped nuts and raisins or chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
