Instructions

- Bring the mixture to a boil without stirring.
- Once boiling, add cinnamon extract and food coloring if desired.
- Continue boiling until the mixture reaches the hard crack stage (300°F or 150°C).
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Allow it to cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
