Ingredients
- 2 pounds of carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
