Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
