Ingredients
- 1 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the dried figs, dried apricots, and walnuts. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add almond flour, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture. Pulse until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat.
- Place the sugar plums on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy!
