Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (for rolling)


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the dried figs, dried apricots, and walnuts. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add almond flour, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat.
  5. Place the sugar plums on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy!
