Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
