Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if using, and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
