These Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars are a healthy, no-bake treat that is easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, protein powder, and chia seeds (if using) to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
