Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and paprika, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.

- Feel free to add more vegetables like corn or zucchini for extra nutrition.
