Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
