Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 4 pieces of naan bread
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each piece of naan bread.
  3. Layer the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion on top of the hummus.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables.
