Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup hummus
- 4 pieces of naan bread
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a generous layer of hummus on each piece of naan bread.
- Layer the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion on top of the hummus.
- Add the seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables.
- Wrap the naan tightly around the filling.
