Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
