Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, diced ham, and dried thyme.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Swiss cheese until melted and combined.
