Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Add the ribeye steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, the steak mixture, and top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Optional: broil for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
