Cheeseburger Bombs with Garlic Parmesan Crust are delicious bite-sized treats filled with juicy beef and topped with a flavorful garlic parmesan crust.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and combined with the beef.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic Parmesan mixture over the tops of the sealed biscuits.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced onions or pickles to the beef mixture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
