Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 limes
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups soda water
  • Ice


Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the oranges, lemons, and limes in half.
  3. Place the citrus halves cut-side down on the grill and char for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove the charred citrus from the grill and let cool slightly.
  5. In a large pitcher, combine the charred citrus juice, bourbon, and simple syrup.
  6. Add soda water and stir gently to combine.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with additional charred citrus if desired.
