Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (6-inch or 8-inch)


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
