Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (6-inch or 8-inch)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
- Drizzle the cooled balsamic glaze over the skewers.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
