Description

Candy Cane Mimosas are a festive cocktail perfect for holiday celebrations, combining the flavors of champagne and peppermint.


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1 cup of cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup of peppermint schnapps
  • Candy canes for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Chill the champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the cranberry juice and peppermint schnapps.
  3. Pour the cranberry mixture into champagne flutes, filling them halfway.
  4. Top off each flute with champagne or sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with a mini candy cane and a sprig of fresh mint, if desired.
