Description

  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the oranges thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the orange slices to the boiling syrup and reduce the heat.
  4. Simmer the slices for about 45 minutes until they become translucent.
  5. Remove the slices and place them on a wire rack to cool and dry.
  6. Once dried, you can coat them in additional sugar if desired.
