Description

A refreshing and crunchy salad made with cabbage and a tangy cider vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the vinaigrette over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
