Ingredients
- 1 Butterball Turkey Breast Roast (about 4-6 lbs)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or sage) to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Remove the turkey breast roast from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven.
- Cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to brown.
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
