Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or sage) to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Remove the turkey breast roast from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the turkey with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  4. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
  5. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven.
  6. Cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to brown.
