  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
  5. In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the hot sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder.
  6. Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
