Description

Buffalo Chicken Stuffed French Bread is a delicious and hearty dish that combines the flavors of spicy buffalo chicken with soft, crusty French bread, making it perfect for a party or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread from the inside.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly onto the hollowed-out bread.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  6. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the chicken mixture.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
