Ingredients
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread from the inside.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly onto the hollowed-out bread.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the chicken mixture.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
