Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the steamed broccoli and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
