Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, boiled and shredded
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
Add boiled, shredded chicken breast to the bowl.
Mix in dried cranberries, chopped pecans, celery, and green onions.
Stir gently until all ingredients are coated evenly with the creamy dressing.
Serve the salad in a shallow bowl or over a bed of mixed greens.
Sprinkle additional pecans and cranberries on top for garnish.
