Tender grilled chicken breast strips combined with sweet pineapple chunks, crisp red bell pepper and onion slices, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese, all wrapped in soft flour tortillas and drizzled with sweet and tangy barbecue sauce.
Ingredients
8 oz grilled chicken breast strips
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
Heat the grilled chicken breast strips until warm, about 5 minutes if refrigerated.
Warm the flour tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
Lay each tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of barbecue sauce evenly over the center.
Layer on shredded lettuce, grilled chicken strips, pineapple chunks, red bell pepper slices, red onion slices, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Drizzle additional barbecue sauce over the fillings if desired.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
Cut each wrap diagonally in half and arrange upright on a white rectangular plate.
Garnish the plate with extra pineapple chunks and drizzle barbecue sauce on the side for dipping.
