Description

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 cup of butternut squash, diced
  • 1/2 cup of toffee almonds, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast the butternut squash in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Place the wheel of Brie cheese on top of the roasted butternut squash.
  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the Brie cheese.
  6. Broil the Brie in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the sugar is caramelized and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with chopped toffee almonds.
  8. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
