Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and Dijon mustard to create the marinade.
- Place the steaks in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
