Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, dried blueberries, protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
