  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to create a spice rub.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
