Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to create a spice rub.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
