Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
