Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, sugar, melted butter, and egg.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, yeast, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread with butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
