  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  4. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then add paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Stir in the sour cream until well combined and heated through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
