Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then add paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in the sour cream until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
