Ingredients

Instructions
- Begin by tenderizing the beef slices with a meat mallet.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder and onion powder.
- Coat each beef slice in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded beef slices until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
