  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in the bell pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cleaned beef heart to the skillet and sear on all sides.
