Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef back ribs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the beef back ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Remove the top foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Broil the ribs for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
