Description

A delicious and spicy Bang Bang Chicken Bowl that combines tender chicken with a creamy, spicy sauce, served over rice and topped with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, add the Bang Bang sauce to the skillet and stir until the chicken is well coated.
  4. In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice, followed by the Bang Bang chicken.
  5. Top with mixed vegetables and chopped green onions.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful bowl!

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha sauce.
  • Feel free to use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for a quicker meal.
