Description
A delicious and spicy Bang Bang Chicken Bowl that combines tender chicken with a creamy, spicy sauce, served over rice and topped with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the Bang Bang sauce to the skillet and stir until the chicken is well coated.
- In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice, followed by the Bang Bang chicken.
- Top with mixed vegetables and chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful bowl!
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha sauce.
- Feel free to use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for a quicker meal.
